Looks like the same fire hydrant, too. Reassuring to see that some things haven’t changed much after more than three-quarters of a century…especially in LA.

And kudos for getting the exact same perspective — that’s always been one of my pet peeves with the “Hollywood Then and Now” book. I love being able to compare then and now directly.

That buidling was used for the Zimm Films location in ‘Get Shorty’.
