Thanks so much, Allan, for remembering the lovely Karen Morley on what would have been her 100th birthday. Here is one of my favorite scenes from Arsene Lupin (1932) in which she starred with the ever so charming John Barrymore.

She was my aunt. I had no idea she was in this movie but I didn’t see her much as our family lived in NYC and her and my uncle lived in California. She was so lovely and had a nice dispostion. It’s a shame that McCarthyism ruined so many careers.
