Richard Burton stars as a charming and handsome man on the brink of sanity. An ex-priest turned tour guide in Mexico, he makes a rollicking descent into alcoholic chaos when he takes over a tour bus of church ladies and drives to a secluded hotel in the jungle. Tempted alternately by nymphet Sue Lyon (star of Lolita) the lovely Deborah Kerr and the seductive Ava Gardner, he attempts to come to grips with life. Wild, intelligent and witty, Burton’s brilliant ranting brims with sly humor and misdirected libido. Directed by master John Huston, based on the Tennesee Williams smash hit, and nominated for a flock of oscars, Night is a blast! Join us for this special screening below (and above) the stars.
DJ chris curtis spins before and after the screening.
