This Saturday, November 15, 2008, is the 50th anniversary of the death of actor Tyrone Power.
A memorial service will be held at
Hollywood Forever Cemetery at 11:30 a.m.

Thanks so much for this, Allan; I am so glad to see Tyrone receiving this well deserved attention. I plan on attending the memorial service, still iffy about Saturday’s film tribute. Love the photo, although pity it wasn’t a ‘black swan’ perched upon Ty’s monument. Great post!
